Torkworx carries spread flanges in order to create space for cleaning and repairing flange surfaces and gasket replacement.

Spreading Wedges

Torkworx Offers an SWi flange spreading wedges which is designed to fit flange joints with a minimum access gap of 4.0mm. We also offer MG7TM spreading wedges for flange joints with a minimum access gaps of 2.0mm with a smaller diameter and lower pressure.

Secure Grip Spreading

Secure grip spreading is designed for flange joints with no access gap between the flanges or to prevent damage to the flange face. They are also a suitable solution when working with a joint that has a spacer, wafer, or butterfly valve positioned between the flanges.
